Question: If someone is an expert, why would people not listen to him? I mean, if you're sick...whose advice do you ask for...the M.D.'S or the teen-age boy next door? Why is this area any different? There is an oil and gas expert on here. WHY THEN are some not listening? Juanita, I've been asking myself that same question for 28 years. That's how long I've been teaching. At times the "investors" on these threads remind me of my classes and are just about as predictable. Everyone today wants instant gratification. It takes a special type of student/investor to do what has to be done to succeed in the LONG run and when and when they finally do get their rewards everyone else points to them and says they were lucky or had outside help in achieving their goals. Their "friends" or nays don't want them to succeed because it makes them look bad and when you add $$$ to the equation it's a whole new ball game and the nays are on a mission. I've been watching and reading for a long time without saying much but after yesterday it is very apparent that the drops in ICVI are not only caused by investor movement. INHO the MM are beginning to feel the heat and have had a long sit down talk about what could happen if investors on the net ever got organized. I feel that they are trying to teach us a lesson on who is supposed to be in control. Unfortunately for them we chose a strong company with good and growing fundamentals which they cannot hold down long. What I'm trying to say is hang in there, keep studying don't let anyone steal your dreams and I'll see you at graduation. ps. Will all the nays please move to the back row.
