Forget about the night price, let alone the day to day. Look at the weekly charts in 6 weeks. You will be pleased.

The Old Realtor speaks "This is a land deal" A development deal of great proportions. To be very simplistic and answer alot of questions doing so, I will attempt to relate what goes on in thousands of land deals put together every day. Please relate these numbers to ICVI.
I see a piece of land that I could sell for $100,000 if (the operative word is If) it could be developed. I purchase the property with stock in ICVI worth at some point to my proforma at $20,000. The cost of development( sidewalks, water, sewers, govt) is $35,000 to $40,000. We are now at $55,000 to $60,000. I must show the bank
at least a 20 % profit in addition to selling costs. If the market holds or gets better I may get alot more than $100,000 for this lot. Therefore showing plenty of profit to the bank and my best fellow investor(my wife) This does take time but the time added value only increases the value of the property. The owner of the land will go for this because of my long standing creditability in the business gives one more money at a future date than could be otherwise obtained. I hope many can relate to this.
