Earnings are not the story..........I'll buy under 2 1/2. This is a turnaround play. The value is currently in Smith and Hawken and will be in a leaner meaner Nordictrack. Give John Pound a little time and I expect to see a much higher stock valuation. The move from 1 3/4 to 3 3/4 recently was just on speculation. There were no real reasons for that move. The stock is worth between 4 and 6. But, it could go back down till there is some concrete announcements that the speculators and large institutions like. Keep in mind, all of the major shareholders recently increased there holdings.......I bought some yesterday at 2 3/8 I'll buy today at 2 1/2 or less. The loan arrangement they secured should give them time to do the downsizing of Nordictrack and the upsizing of Smith and Hawken. That will lead to much higher prices........they are not going out of business!!!!!!!

Nordictrack by NIKE. Don't be suprised if that is reality in a few months. Smith and Hawken is running well and would then trade on its own. Look for really solid earnings out of Smith and Hawken and lackluster earnings for the Nordictrack unit after the close.
