Well as long as you are speculating and have no idea at all what their net saleable asset reserves are, then why not just say it's worth another $14.68 a share? If that is too low for you, well then let's say it's $25.19 a share. Oh, still not enough? $39.50 a share then. Who cares what it's really worth.

BillQ,

LOVED your answer about the trailer park! LOL!!!!

Actually, I once talked with another expert....the President of PETD, which is on the NASDAQ, and he told me that whenever they acquire land, it's because they already know pretty much what is on it, and where the gas/minerals, etc. are. For example, at the time I spoke with him, PETD had just acquired some land up in Michigan. In their press releases, if I remember correctly, it talked about exploring it, but in person, I was told that they (PETD) already knew what was there. I was told that the techniques for mapping out what is there and where it was were so good nowadays that it pretty much is a foregone conclusion as to what will be found.

Now then....going back to ICVI....the people in this company are people who have YEARS of experience with this business. I imagine that over time that they have learned a thing or two. I also imagine, because of my conversation with the President of PETD...that when ICVI acquired this land, that they already know what is on it.
And somehow, I don't really think it's trailer parks. <g>
