I believe that the company is planning to have someone (in house), to answer those types of questions, in the near future.

I called Kim today and got an immediate answer to my question. I have had a similar experience everytime I have contacted him. He's a busy man. As far as I'm concerned I could give a s... if he "cares about" me. He handles his job quite professionally in my opinion.
