I was trying to restrain my unbridled examplism. I was trying to keep my it in the realm of the possible. Working out those numbers we have 39.50 X 70M or roughly $2.8B for our 8,000 acres. That sort of works out to around $10/sq ft. Surely close to what mountainous land in WV is going for these days.
