Perhaps true, but another way of viewing this is that current prices reflect that the market is not seeing SVB through rose coloured glasses. These factors you mention are very valid considerations. Going back to discussions that took place here early this Spring, other things to think about are the odds of finding a deposit that will be economical in the future and the chances of moving towards finding such a deposit given the financial commitment made in this years programs. The coordinated effort here amoung several companies might be unprecedented, even by area play standards.

It's all part of the speculation. The three factors you listed in the above quote are things that may pose problems today but also might be alleviated somewhat by a second find. Kind of a cup half empty, cup half full situation.
