Kurt: didn't want my first post on DGIV thread to come across as a criticism of anything or anybody (not the way to fit into this group of good people). it is interesting to note that the tone and insights expressed in the posts tonight/last night are precisely what attract and keep me reading this thread. there is reflection, assessment and an attempt to understand/explain as things occur. there is not a glut of personal attacks that overwhelm so many of these threads. even in disappointment there is respect and consideration. very impressive. imho this thread would be pretty darn shallow without the stabilizing element of sincerity expressed in these posts. okay...nuff ramblings. still watching EDGAR for the form 10. as the 'D' of DGIV (Mr D) says......patience! gary
