Norm- Hi seems like no one is getting any sleep tonight.
As far as Win95 Programs, These people are working on it:

world.std.com

but I wouldn't hold my breath.

BeOS installation contains a version of Partition Magic that will
take some free space from your Win95 disk and make it into a BeOS partition ready for
installation. If that seems too adventuresome you can add a slave
drive to your system and install on that (BeOS does not have to
be on the master drive it can figure things out itself).

Before you go out and buy something check out this page

If you find your board and/or chipset you are almost home
free. If you own or are willing to buy a Matrox Millennium
you're BeReady. If not, check this page to see if your video card
will work:

Seems like a lot of work but remember you will be running
on a "Bill-Free-PC". Pure bliss.
