A lot of us got inquiries from that same individual. It may have been a poll SOROS was taking, but I happen to know he made telephone calls too, and actually spoke to people, although I do not know if he got beyond the voice mail on some of them. For the record, I don't know who SOROS is or where he gets his telephone numbers. What is the value of a public opinion survey? I suppose it might be enlightening to compile the results and see what interested people actually think about the company. Maybe that's all SOROS did.

Well, no sense in beating around the bush...

Here's the one I received. I somehow feel violated... :o)

Hunter:

I am a small investor in NAMX. I have owned it for a long time and am considerably
down (90%). I have enough money now to probably average down to about .12 Do
you think it will get back to .12 so I could get out? I don't know who is telling the truth
by reading that board anymore. Are they a real company or just another scam? I seem
to be able to find all the scams. I called their number and spoke to someone named
Marty, I think. He seemed level-headed and did not hype the company. He says he
expects them to get income from the Nebraska field, and that it will go up slowly for a
long time. It just seems to me that a bunch of penny stock guys got together because
they thought they had a good story in the EMSOUNDER that would sell. Then they
got mad at each other over who was getting how much, and Peter Boonen left. Then
Neville Abrio, then Brian Bissett. Then the same thing happened again and Jesse
Taylor left. Then again and Kevin Maloney left. Then again and Paul Ebeling left. No
one tells the truth unless it is in their best interest. Will this be a real company and
eventually make naive investors like myself any money, or should I try to average down
in hopes of getting out? Thank you.

Todd
