I view TA as being reflective of the mood swings of investors... When they're bullish they buy, bearish they sell... Usually, going the opposite way from the crowd, will have you selling when everyone is clamoring to buy, and buying when everyone is dumping a stock... True Buy Low, Sell High, in action... That's where those Resistance and Support areas come in handy for buying and selling decisions... Mix in a little Fundamental Analysis, and you can zero in on undervalued and overvalued companies depending on which side of the market your playing... TAVA currently fits into that undervalued category... The greater the uncertainty, the greater the oppty as TAVA crosses the 13 day MA to the upside...
