Reads like ... If I can't be Quarterback, I'm going to take MY football and go home so you can't play.

What I usually see in operation with standards bodies with respect to IPR. Is to be accepted, companies will offer their IPR royalty free or with very low license fees. Object of course is to get the IPR declared a standard. QCOM seems to want to be overly greedy.

Or you can look at it from a perspective QCOM and ERICY are doing whatever they can to put the other guy at a disadvantage....Normal competitive business practices....
