I agree that avei will do very well for a period of time(3-6 mo), maybe longer. The thing is that many, many people have paid a hefty premium for that expected success. avei needs to keep the momentum going and I honestly don't think at this time that they will be able to after that window. They just don't have the cash or the remaining leverage to do anything. If they do some things to change that situation, I will be the first in line with money in hand.

The takeover rumor is not a very good analysis on your part. For argument's sake, let's say they do get bought. Are you positive someone is going to pay a premium on top of the current one? Do you really think that some company is just going to pay whatever it takes for a company whose earnings have reached their apex?
