Richard, I have no info, but it seems likely that the price is down either because someone with a large holding has given up or because the shorters are at it. I don't see anything in the news to justify the price drop. Unless there is a giant problem we are unaware of, the lower the price, the better the deal. The POG is most likely to settle well above $300 once the EU comes out with their policy, and VGZ should pop nicely.
