It appears that IMAT is trying to establish itself as a leader in many aspects of cardiac imaging and treatment. Not a bad strategy, given that 50%+ of the population will suffer from cardiac problems. Let's see... the ultrafast CT spots those at risks by identifying calcified atherosclerotic plaques in coronary arteries. PET scans can image the heart and detect viable myocardium, even when perfusion studies report that blood flow is blocked. And finally, for those patients with "untreatable" vascular insufficiency, but heart muscle hanging in there, they are now involved in punching holes through the heart muscle, and letting blood seep into the tissues from the ventricles via laser created channels, thus oxygenating the starved tissues. All in all, IMAT is targeting relatively new innovations and providing diagnosis and/or treatment options that are not exactly common place yet, but have quite substantial growth potential in the future. Maybe it's time to buy a few shares.... Durro
