DD on HABE: 51M shares outstanding. Unknown float. This is my biggest concern.
However, given movement over the last several weeks and given the volume, the float can't be too enormous...

Technology:
EMP (electronic control of molecules) - The heart of sophisticated analytical chemistry is the ability to separate a substance into its molecular components. This is like a fingerprint. Until EMP, there were two key ways to do this, "electrophoresis" and "chromatography"; methods indispensable in chemical science and laboratories worldwide. EMP combines the best features of both electrophoresis and chromatography, putting the entire procedure under direct electrical control. The EMP results have been verified by independent researchers to be one thousand times faster than electrophoresis. EMP is also more versatile than any other technology.

HGP: Few solvents dissolve gold. Those that do are hazardous or highly toxic like cyanide, which is used in gold mining worldwide. But cyanide also tends to release toxic heavy metals, which can cause serious environmental problems. In contrast HGP is more efficient and non-toxic and does not release heavy metals. The HGP accelerates rate extraction and may increase gold recovery from it's ores by a substantial factor.

Web site (It's new): haberscience.com

I spoke with IR (Mr. Tobia). He stated the following:
1. The company has unique technology. A new process which will be uploaded onto the web page within a couple of days. The abstract is being written today. Mr. Haber has been interviewed in FL and MA within the last several days by radio stations regarding the company's technology. Once the abstract is complete, a news release will be issued, then the info will be loaded to the web page.

2. Mr. Haber and his associates are very enthusiastic about the company and it's prospects. They ARE interested in a higher share price. The goal is a NASDAQ listing (they we there before). Interest in a higher share price by a company is not always the case. For the time being, management is being paid with stock. That is the way my company (it's private) works. So, yes, it would be nice to get your share price up.

3. Additional news releases will be issued as warranted. This Co has a history of news releases so maybe we can be at least semi-confident that they will follow up new developments with news releases.

FINALLY, THIS IS NOT A REC TO BUY. HAVE A LOOK YOURSELF AND SEE WHAT YOU THINK. I'M NOT A HYPSTER, I JUST DO THE DD AND POST IT. HOPEFULLY WE CAN RESOLVE THE FLOAT IN A DAY OR TWO. THE COMPANY'S PHONE NUMBER IS ON THEIR WEB PAGE. GIVE THEM A CALL IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.

True, Jameson's is certainly less proletarian than Bushmills and has a "snob appeal".

Call me a snob... <vbg>

Low float, under $1...for those interested, I will be posting DD this morning on one I
think will be a big gainer...moves fast, low float.

I have to verify one more piece of info and finish up the report.

We can buy the float several times over!! Explosive short term and good long term as
well.
