kenneth--

it is the fiduciary reponsibilities that they have apparently neglected which opens the company up to a lawsuit, whether seamens is there or not.

seamens himself is still wide open. he may be dumping shares to prepare a defense. the question is, does anyone want to throw down the gauntlet?

good luck to all,
trey
