There is no such thing as beggar thy neighbor, more like beggar thyself. Inasmuch as trade provides foreign goods for reasonable prices, that enhances consumer choice and quality of living. If those prices are unreasonable (i.e. the foreigners are dumping, or are running their companies to gain market share, or are subsidized by the state, etc.), that's an *even better deal* for us.
