Q, FYI, I called Johan twice yesterday(and indicated that I was willing to buy a portion of the stock that he wanted to sell), I did not receive the courtesy of a return call from him. Today I called and left a message for Peter Cleary, I did not get the courtesy of a return call from him either. While I recognize these folks don't know me from the man in the moon, this is not the type of stock I want to own "size" in (and I am long a significant number of shares) if I can't even get the courtesy of a return telephone call. Also seems to contradict the emphasis place upon shareholder value in the most recent annual report....If you don't bother to return telephone calls, it is pretty tough to build a decent following. Maybe you might have your buddy call Johan and give him a "heads up"...and tell him to return my call... I already find myself questioning the intelligence of a guy who files to sell 100,000 in the market, before the sale has been assured...unless of course he has news coming and put the filing in place so that when he does release news, he can sell into it...but in my estimation, that would be even worse...I would appreciate your take.
