KD, not sure. I have enough trouble valuing it myself, but if anyone knows about the potential of a banking transactions based business, one would think DBD would (as would Fiserv of course). The rest of us will just have to wait and see what kind of revenues they can actually generate as more banks gear up their marketing efforts for online services. News about the VIM would help too if they can get a few banks and brokers to adopt it. Like I said, I'm not betting on a sale at this point - primarily because I think they could get more with more proven revenues from existing relationships and with VIM on the street.
