I didn't receive any such notice. Does anybody know if these bylaws are the correct ones for olex?

Perhaps Steve could find out from headquarters, they seem to be very responsive to his questions.

Offie--
Did you receive a notice from Oilex of your rights to attend the annual meeting scheduled to be held yesterday?

No, I have not. Nor have I received any notices of any sort from Oilex.

The question in my mind is, was there a meeting yesterday? Hmm.

Thanks for bringing this up.

Rick

Another non-issue. Running out of libelous and slanderous inferences eh, Offie?

>>by or at the direction of
the president, the secretary, or the officer or persons calling
the meeting, to each shareholder of record entitled to vote at such meeting.

As you can see from Section 2 above, the annual meeting is scheduled for the second Monday of June. That was yesterday. Furthermore, in Section 3 above, it would appear that all shareholders are entitled to notice of such meeting "not less than ten nor more than sixty days before the date of the meeting"<<

You forget that an "...officer or persons calling the meeting...". Unless a meeting is called, a meeting will not be held. The company is under no obligation to hold such meeting.

>>I have been a shareholder of Oilex common stock for an almost continuous period beginning in early Spring of 1997. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM THE COMPANY REGARDING THE ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF OILEX.<<

Oh, you are a shareholder? Are you a shareholder of record? How many shares? One? If you hold only one share what voice are you entitled to? Not much in my book except your isolated tantrums here.
