Haven't you heard of selling on good news:look at the market too!
Maybe Cramer unloded his stake, taking advantage of the news. If and when the market turns this PM stock will be up to 50 3/4 which was the high in pre-opening. It is encouraging that we did not fill the gap @ 48.

FWIW GSCO is the one spoiling the party, he wont leave the ask at 48 15/16, just briefly goes to 49. GSCO is also selling CSCO at 78 3/16, wont let it move up, I hope its becuase he doesn't want the price to move up while he accumulates. I made the mistake of a long at 49 11/16 this morning and am suffering.
