And to think this awesome package only has a 14mm market cap, compare that to PNLK's 60-70mm and DIXS 14-15mm both without the major affiliations. I'm looking for a triple bagger from here.

Relax, Do Not Play Into MM's Hands by selling at these CHEAP prices!!!

As many have said during the last several days, THE FUNDAMENTALS HAVE NOT CHANGED... I repeat.......THE FUNDAMENTALS HAVE NOT CHANGED!!!

Folks, it takes time to do deals whether they are new contracts, acquisitions, mergers or whatever. I still trust in the folks like Macker and Rocketman who have done a tremendous amount of DD on ICVI and INFE. To my knowledge, we have not been let down yet. Mr. D has supported both of these stocks with BIG $$$$$. He's a lot smarter than many of us and he has not sold any shares... and I believe him. That is why I am hanging tough and have not sold any either!!!

Final comments... Remember, these are BB stocks... the upside potential much larger gains..... the downside... more risk and we have to endure the market manipulations by the MM's especially in times when there is a lull in announcements by the company. That is what the MM's play on.

Many of us become very dependent on folks like Macker and company to hold our hands. Remember, we are all accountable to ourselves, God and our families.........therefore, we must do our own DD as well. The more DD you do on these two stocks the more at ease you will become with your investment..... Sorry about the length of this message!!

SI thread:
Subject 21094

Notice the volume and the spikes.why?

Ok, here's the big one!!!

Public Float: 250k-500K

I've seen this stock trade up 30% on 30,000 shares traded..it is explosive!! I believe the float is closer to the 250K the way it trades.

IMO .

ITNF is a great short and long term play based on the low float for the short term and the company's future for the long term. The float can be bought for $250K.

General:

Internet Infinity, Inc. is a Costa Mesa, California company that provides a bundle of electronic
financial and direct marketing and communication services through the Internet, CD, video tape
and television. The Company's mission is: ''Support client owners of Internet sites with multimedia
promotion, financial services and transactional services to facilitate successful trade on the
Internet.''

Recent developments:

Microsoft alliance: biz.yahoo.com

Flying Disk alliance: biz.yahoo.com

News to be expected shortly which will bring real world attention and a major upswing IMO.

1) "Revenues from the Internet Infinity Trade Center should commence in July 1998," stated Morris.
2) Audited financials for FY Mar 31. Nothing great is expected here as Mr. Morris has used the past year to clean up any negatives of the company. Should be out in the next 30 days.

Mr. Morris wants to become a reporting company and move to a listing. He made it clear it is an objective but his primary objective is to grow the company through further alliances and acquisitions. Without giving me any details, I feel he has some up his sleeve right now.

Mr. Morris has no immediate plans for a PR firm until it becomes fiscally responsible. He said that they have been releasing significant events almost on a weekly basis now and to expect the same.

Financials: Non-reporting right now but showing approximately $1M revenue run-rates expecting to climb as the trade center opens and more acquisitions and alliances are formed. Mr. Morris stated that they are operating close to break-even at this point and should be in the black in 1999 if trends continue. Mr. Morris is planning to bring ITNF into fully reporting status in the near future. Audited financials should be finalized and released for FY98 shortly.

Share dilution: Mr. Morris was adamant that there is virtually no chance of insiders dumping shares as most are restricted for at least another year, some more. There are also no plans on dilution of shares until the point where the company has grown to the point of the need for a secondary offering which was implied wouldn't take place until the stock is at much higher levels with ($7-$10) and after a listing.

I recently spoke to Mr. Morris and was quite impressed. He is very tight lipped and specifically said he doesn't want the price of the stock to move based on hype. So anything I am telling you is the best I could get out of him. He is very confident in the staff he has brought on. A very good sign as I see it! I definitely suggest giving him a call for further DD.

THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY, DO YOUR OWN DD
