I can only tell you this in good conscious.

I hear that some positive news will be coming out on NAMX
soon. I don't own a share at this point and my info is not in any
way a sure thing.

I won't answer your question about averaging down. I just don't
have
enough reliable info at this point to give you advice.

I will say this. At 90% down you might as well stick it out.
