It's illegal to short a BB stock , under $3, in the U.S.. s martin is suggesting Raabe commited a crime , being a securities attorney, in a blatent attempt to create panic and shake shares. To suggest Raabe commited a crime is , IMO, just more misinformation spread by those who are here on behalf of a large, illegal short position. Raabe is available by phone, I would suggest you go directly to the source as opposed to listening to an anonymous poster on S.I. who's history of posting speaks for itself. The 2.5MM shares are being transformed into a cash asset IMO. A call to Raabe can clarify this for all of us. All the Best! Pugs

Not only that, but Mr. Smartin's facts are skewed once again. The .30 was a peak for the day as a buy price, not a sell price. RMIL shareholders have seen this kind of thing with Smartin for months. Smartin in a nonshareholder who constantly searches for dirt to exploit. One must ask SMartin if you can believe him, does he involve himself with the shortsellers as we strongly suspect? SMartin's behavior is not normal unless he is involved with the illegal activities on the BB level. If I did not like a company or its shareholders, I might post once but then be gone for good. However, if I was able to get away with shorting as a livelihood, then I would do exactly what SMartin does in posting relentless negative comments which tends to occur in tandum with the MMs lowering the price to give the illusion that we are selling. What a joke. Rich_1
