Pennycash - It's pretty serious competition. As a prior holder of NVXE, (I bailed a while back when news didn't come out--again), I think Synthonics has more going for it than NVXE does. I'm optimistic long term for NVXE's camera technology, but SNNT is a lot closer to putting their technology to use in a wide variety of applications. Face it, the conversion of old movies and TV shows will never approach the quality of a real 3-D movie, but it could breath life back into old TV shows sitting on the shelf. It would also be a quick way to make your ads stick out on the internet or on TV. (remember several attempts to hand out 3-D glasses for ads during the Super Bowl). I own SNNT now, and think it has great potential that could be realized in the next month. I don't own NVXE, but it's on my watch list.

I don't see snnt as a competitor of nvxe. And if they can take old movies and tv show and turn them into 3d viewing that will only bring more need for new films in 3d.At this point I only see snnt helping nvxe. But before I got real excited about snnt new pat. I would want to know the cost of doing this conversion. Being able to do something and actually affording to beable to do it are two different things. I actually like snnt tech. I think the application of taking an image and turning it into 3d had or has great application in the gaming field.
