Informission - Worldwide License Agreement with PKS

JUNE 9, 1998

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Informission Group Inc., (IFN) a public
information technology company providing innovative and cost-
effective solutions for the conversion, development and migration
of information systems, announced today that it has licensed its
Year 2000 software solution to PKS Systems Integration LLC of
Phoenix, (Arizona).

Following an extensive evaluation process, PKS Systems Integration
selected Informission Group Inc.'s RECYC2000(TM) and RECYC2000-
EXPLORER(TM) for implementation in software engineering centers
around the world, including centers in Limerick, Ireland,
Bangalore, India, and Phoenix, Arizona.

By combining Informission Group Inc's tools with PKS' Suite 2000
methodology and software engineering centers, customers will
receive a broad range of support on different environments
requiring source code conversion.

RECYC2000(TM), which is among the leading solutions addressing the
Year 2000 conversion problem, analyzes and automatically converts
the client's source code. RECYC2000-EXPLORER(TM) is a re-
engineering tool used in conjunction with RECYC2000(TM). By
allowing the user to determine exactly which part of the
application needs testing, RECYC2000-EXPLORER(TM) significantly
reduces costs and time requirements.

"This agreement with PKS sets the basis for a long-term
collaboration with one of the leaders in Information Technology,"
stated Jacques Topping, CEO and President of Informission Group
Inc. "It will certainly strengthen our marketing strategy of
addressing the international Year 2000 market."

"It will also provide us with inroads regarding Euro and Intranet
conversion, not to mention the migration to more powerful
operating platforms and more advanced database formats."

The Year 2000 conversion problem is the inability of most software
programs and computer systems to properly interpret dates once the
millennium changes. Most software programs and computer systems
were encoded with two-digit date fields instead of four-digit date
fields to save memory space. When the Year 2000 rolls around,
however, these systems will misinterpret the "00" date field as
"1900".
