Okay, maybe I overstated it, but I still don't think that Intel played entirely fair -- nor should it have. There are ways of putting Intergraph and DEC's chip supply on the slow boat to china or not being as forthcoming on vital product information. In fact, from what I read today, Intel is not denying that the facts as the FTC has laid them out; they are simply denying that there is anything illegal about what they did.
