Scott Adelson's comments on CNBC revolved around why M/A's are way up from average. The points I recall that he made with regarding this were:

1. A strong economy.

2. Low interest rates.

There was one other point he made but I don't recall it exactly, I believe it was in reference to the current conditions creating new opportunities with respect to M/A's that don't on average exist. He was asked about how M/A's can create value and he briefly explained the synergistic effects of bringing the right companies together. Interesting seeing a rep. from our IB on CNBC and knowing that DCI is doing it's part in making the M/A chart he was showing slope up steeply to the right. (G)
