It broke through last friday, went up to 27 1/2
(if you don't count the big spike to 28), then
ended at 27.1875 the end of day.

We chipped away some of it before, maybe there
will be less resistance today? Volume is
the key - whenever we get it, we go up.

we will need the news to get past this resistance level (over 27 1/12), at least we have volume today, and it has been keeping steady as the morning has progressed. we still would only reach normal trading volume, but that warms my heart over days such as yesterday.
