mike, in california they offer 125% equity loans. hey, i paid 5% down and got a 7%, 30 year fixed loan, $900 in fees excluding escrow and title.

money is cheap.

Mike, thanks for the thorough explaination of the Austrian school. I have seen this theory of asset inflation discussed on SI. The most unfortunate outcome would be for the maladjustment to revert to the oppsite extreme; in that vein it is hard to understand Bob Rubins' reassurance of the soundness of the economy every time a correction starts. Wonder what Alan will have to say.....
