Janice, I was very sorry to read that the CEO intends to "see you in court". I presume that she considers some of your research and opinions unfavourable. This presents an incredibly unique opportunity for you and your legal representatives. There is a process in law known as "the discovery phase" of a trial. Did you know that as a part of your defence, you would be entitled to any and all of Cashco's internal documents going all the way back to day one? That Mr. Herdsman and Mr. Ferrari must respond to cross questioning from legal counsel? That Mr. Boyden must respond to questioning about any involvement in Cashco? And, the absolute kicker, in my opinion, that because a CEO is considered a public figure, there's virtually no chance at all that an opposing legal team can win a libel/slander/defamation suit? Not here. Not in Canada. Not in Italy. Best wishes. KJC
