Doc .. we have been over this before. The registration is under a confidental registration and the composite of such ... You can not put any product or additive in a car or gasoline without this registration. Also in order for Exxon or any major corporation to wast moeny on testing their require MSDS data sheets and all this is inclusive. I wish you luck but the advantage is not to let the composition leak out because of back engineering. Gordon Stuntz wanted all this information and it was not given to him. They have DF-144 locked up in every kind of confidental scenario across the board and are extremely cautious who they let have said information. I doubt very very seriously Exxon would have requested to test the product with out the patents, EPA registration and so forth. GB
