Share data from the Transfer Agent verified as follows: Outstanding: 25,510,936 Restricted: 14,443,226 Float: 11,067,710 Portion of float in cert form: 3,673,603 ---- typically held very tight and/or by insiders though "tradeable" by SEC definition Portion of float in street name: 7,394,107 ----typically referred to as the active/trading float Shares reported to me by SI members/lurkers and associates: 2,705,575 ---which of course could be in street and cert form Our group of Internet people own 24.4% of the unrestricted shares. Indications appear that recent increases in outstanding attributable to oil/gas operations but I can only speculate on that. TG
