David, I think one of the most important indications of the direction in which TPII is moving, is the following recent post that was on this thread. Apply your expertise to conducting Year 2000 assessments for Embedded
Systems. You possess
4+ years' experience in C++, MFC, VB, GUI and COM/DC, a degree in
Computer Science or
Engineering (P.Eng.), as well as ISP and CET certification. Your
background in Y2K assessments
and testing methods is complemented by knowledge of the physical
operation of industrial and
commercial facilities.

Millennium Engineers (IT)

You will be conducting Year 2000 assessments and conversions for IT. You
will also be involved in
collective data analysis, producing delivery reports and analysis of
client systems. Preferred
qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
Engineering or Business.
We will provide training in our proprietary methodologies for Year 2000
remediation.

The above engineering positions require excellent communicators who are
willing to travel;
bilingualism would be ideal.

Project Managers - Year 2000

You have 5+ years of experience managing large, complex projects
involving several locations and
internal and external resources. You possess a P.Eng. designation,
effective communication skills
and a proven ability to deliver.

Senior Lotus Notes Developers

Apply your organizational and multi-tasking abilities to overseeing
major development projects and
other development staff. You are a Certified Lotus Notes Developer,
well-versed in LotusScript,
VB and C++, and you have 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Some
travel will be necessary.

Project Managers - Groupware

In this role, you will be responsible for managing large roll-outs
related to Lotus Notes and Sales
Force Automation. Project management experience and knowledge of Lotus
Notes is essential.
Sales Force Automation experience would be ideal You must be well
organized and willing to
travel.
