To All: Important info on TGSK.

I was curious as to why TGSK was sitting here at $1.50 with the earnings they have been reporting. Received some information from some investment pals who are watching TGSK. Here's what's going on:

Some heavy shorting is coming from Canada. Colin Smith (CEO) is apparently mad as a hornet about the shorting and where the stock price is. I believe the previously mentioned 500,000 shares buyback has been completed, but apparently Colin is buying more (reportedly another 25,000 shares today).

To trap the shorts, we need to call our respective brokers and request them to take delivery of your certificates and put them in safekeeping with your brokerage (you don't have to physically have possession of them, the brokerage house can safekeep them. That way you can maintain your liquidity/flexibility rather than having to mail shares back and forth).

I am also hearing that Colin is considering other short-busting moves, such as paying a dividend to shareholders. We should be hearing some developments very shortly.
