This is their third significant announcement in terms of new purchases of Fusion. Particularly in light of the paucity of any sort of announcements in the recent past, this is rather surprising. Four scenarios seem likely: 1) things are really bad in the rest of the company, and they are using these announcements to make business seem better; 2) Fusion is exploding in terms of sales; 3) They are preparing for a merger with another company, or; 4) They hired someone who enjoys writing press releases (and/or has nothing better to do with their time!).
