Ok the EPA states something like you can protect the composition with a confidential registration and if you are selling the product in less than what ever the number is you only have to do a registration. That is the best I know and I have talked to the industry and everyone would like the patents and the registration numbers I grant you. I believe only those that enter into a contract of non disclosure to these titems are the only ones getting them. I do not see where Exxon has changed its minad and going forward. I could be wrong but If I had what the tests I have seen proves I would only have confidental stuff too. GB
