I don't have any definite details on the new initiatives, but I found these generalizations in the 1997 annual report: "The architecture used to deploy ICM has been designed to offer other services using the same equipment, positioning ICM not as a single product, but as the first in a series of related services." "A development agreement was signed in 1997 with MT&T to jointly develop a number of new services that can be marketed outside Nova Scotia. Using MT&T's expertise - particularly in the area of customer value analysis - and IIA's practical development approach, several new services will be tested which can generate revenue for both organizations." "New services will be developed in 1998, both related and unrelated to Internet Call Manager.
