Your analysis is informative.

but I do believe the company is stabilizing to the point that a more traditional Free Cash Flow model would be appropriate to value TSIS. As the business develops, fixed costs will be a smaller % of revenue, and operating margins should expand, resulting in continued growth in FCF. Once the financials are published we may have better visibility.

Your analysis is based on monthly revenues of 200,000. Based on past releases I have monthly revenues of 375,000 by year end and by June 99; 450,000 likely 500,000 possible. Six million in annual sales and we get to 6 to 10 cents eps. ( these are minimum figures--new introductions and new applications and POW !! To the MOON ALICE !!!)
