Massimo's Receives Purchase Orders for Sales to Army, Air Force
Exchange Services

DALLAS, June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Massimo da Milano, Inc. (OTC: MDMI - news) announced today that it has received its
first purchase order from American National Investments, Inc. (ANI) and the Army Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) for
the production and sale of Roz's Chocolate Chip and Sugar cookies. This initial purchase will involve 129 AAFES outlets
throughout the United States and will focus on sales for Halloween and Christmas.

The AAFES is the official governmental agency serving the needs of all Army and Air Force personnel in the United States and
abroad. It is one of the largest retailers in the world and has hundreds of outlets.

Additional purchase orders from other outlets are expected within the next month. If these sales to the first 129 AAFES stores
are as successful as ANI and AAFES anticipate, Massimo's sales should increase by at least $50,000 a month by December
of this year.

Massimo's is the exclusive supplier to ANI for all cookie products. ANI's marketing team has reported to Massimo's that ANI
is in the final negotiations with the Kroger (NYSE: KR - news) Grocery chain for the distribution of its cookies to over 1,200
Kroger stores nationally. An announcement of these new purchase orders is expected shortly.

Massimo's is a commercial bakery of baked breads and rolls and has served the Dallas market for over 14 years serving
various prestigious hotel and restaurant establishments. Massimo's also owns the franchise rights to Java Centrale Coffee Cafes
which are located primarily in the western U.S. There are currently 20 franchised outlets with new stores to be opened in the
near future. In addition to Dallas corporate customers, Massimo's sells its products through its Java franchise system.
