I never would have expected this reaction. It was my understanding that the $5 Million convertible preferred was restricted stock which could not be sold now anyway. The company is moving forward with its eyes towards expansion and acquisitions. John and Wally are shrewd businessman and IMHO the stock price does not reflect the value of the company. No real volume and the MM's walk it down. The major holders still appear to be holding (why sell now?) I guess all we can do is be patient....... Richard
