The last time I wrote to this thread I said that it was about time that people stopped talking about CSCO, LU or the like buying VOCLF outright and start facing reality. VOCLF is a good company with very good software. The major problem with it is that it has gotten all the strikes against it that the market will bear (If you've followed VOCLF from its IPO you know what I mean). From here on in it will have to prove itself with consistent earnings. The agreement with DT has become an afterthought to the market and inter-operability adds nothing to the bottom line. Don't look for VOCLF to rise on news unless it is like the DT news. VOCLF is not KTEL and that is actually good for us. At least VOCLF has real sales and hopefully it will soon have a consistent earnings record.
Barring that kind of REAL and RELEVANT news, however, don't look for VOCLF to get back to the 20's anytime soon. VOCLF has lost nearly 50% of its value since March and that won't be made back very easily.
The only advice I could give now would be to re-evaluate your position and see if you can stay in for the long haul. If you can and believe that your money would not be better spent elsewhere then now would be a good time to average down. All techs, and especially ADR's, have gotten crushed recently. When the tides turn so will VOCLF but be realistic!! Don't look for the quick takeover. It just wouldn't be worth it at the 20's level and most of us would be a little upset if it happened now at 12! So sit tight and watch the earnings meter!!

Good Luck Everyone,
Jon
