Maybe the news was intentionally limited to cause the price drop cause ICVI is secretly buying back shares! Wouldn't that be a boost! Since the naysayers are slaming I figured I'd throw out a positive comment! Well, right you are. There is a positive thought - the management of ICVI is manipulating the stock price to their own ends. Nothing like reassuring the investing public that management has their interests at heart.
