It may be that Arcon will not have to come up with the money to buy-out Dan Fisher. The news release mentions a casulty insurer that would be buying the shares. It is not uncommon for businesses to purchase "Key-Man" insurance which pays out if the key person leaves the company. His employment agreement may have stipulated that he had to remain with the company to get the shares. Just speculation, but it would explain the insurer being involved with the re-purchase.

well John was pretty adamant about vleaning up all this mess that has occurred in the past few weeks ... a lot of it stems from around Fisher ... especially last week M- W then resigns suddenly Thursday.

I feel much better with John working on this that anyone. I would really hate to tick off John from my impression I got in the two times I have met him. Everything John has told me he has proven.

John is a lot like me he shoots from the hip except his is a bit more polished than me ... LOL ... I would not cross him. Beside John is not a salesman he is a technical type individual.
