Hi. What I meant when I said the here's why the stock is tanking is that the press release suggests that their have again been rumors about a dispute of title to the project in Bolivia. The press release suggests this is settled, but it also suggests rumors persist, as the CEO felt the need to respond. AMEX listing problems are always a possibility. Especially if there's a red flag to call attention to a company not meeting the requirements (at any given time, there are numerous such co's, I believe). A dispute over title to a major asset could conceivably be such a red flag.
