conversion date?
If memory serves me correctly (rarely does) the conversion date for the debt was just before the shareholders meeting and was at $6.50 per share. I tried finding the info on the old posts but missed it. My thinking regarding the decline was that it was partially due to oil prices and also due to the converters shorting the stock. Has that date passed and if so, did they convert?
Thanks in advance.

Paul, a cyber friend just pointed me to look back into HEC. This is going to be a disaster much bigger than ABACF has been over the last year. I believe there is a total of $50 MM of floorless instruments, almost guaranteeing that this stock will be on a downward spiral for almost a year (Sometime in 1999). Just beware of the floorless, they usually inherit the company at the expense of the current stockholders.
