Seriously, when the largest PC maker in the world abandons a technology that they have rights to, and endorses and includes the zip drive instead, can there be a better testimonial to the zip? Well Said!

Could be....of course IOM could have made Compaq a steal of a deal, too.... who knows if IOM made much money on the deal... I have been in Computer retail, distribution, and manufacturing for 20 years. Lots of weird stuff goes down. Competition is fierce...but on the whol, no question the ZIP tech in Compaqs IS good news. It will be troubling if the stock doesn;t move from here though.
