Dear Tom, I see your time and date on the hearing is still good and firm as of this writing. To those of you with the wherewithall to join us, please contact Tom and ID yourself as interested in joining the crowd in Judge Munroe's courtroom in Austin next Monday. It's a little easier for those of us here in Texas, but maybe there are a few fence-sitters- your time ought to be well spent in seeing how your interests are/have been served and who warrants to be entrusted with the future of IMS technology. In that regard!- again, give Tom a call for directions, etc. Pack light, 106 degrees ain't citizen friendly. But dress appropriately for the court, of course! DD
