This stock produces a vast amount of "good news" but the stock keeps falling. There must be something I'm not seeing. Please advise me as to what is keeping this stock down. I also thought it would be in double digits by now.

NeoMagic's chip may provide some hope for S3 -- their new product does not have 3D acceleration (which they promise for the fall). They are touting integrated AGP digital audio and software-DVD, which I believe are both of very questionable value in the marketplace (notebooks are too slow for software-DVD). The new part does have huge internal memory bandwidth (3.2 GB/s), but that's just massive overkill for a 3D-less product. If S3 executes on their 3D-embedded chips, and NeoMagic continues to screw up, they might do nicely in the portable market.
